FSDH Merchant Bank was among the first companies to be granted a merchant bank license by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The bank provides a range of corporate banking, business banking, prestige banking, global custody services, treasury, and global market.  

FSDH wanted increased efficiency and accuracy for their audit confirmation process which used to be confirmed manually and this often takes a lot of days to locate and source for the right information when an audit request comes in, before verification can occur. With a notable expansion of their customer base, came a workload increment that became quite overwhelming for their employees, and so, it was not surprising when they began to record an increase in oversights that should normally have been avoided, a backlog of unattended customers, and about a 65% decline in customer satisfaction rate which incited their need for a more efficient process that would reduce redundancy and allow team members optimally perform their assignments with minimal error. Hence, the bank engaged Ha-Shem Limited for assistance.
