We recently deployed two applications for Axxela, a major player in the Oil and Gas sector. The first is a Training Management Application that eliminates time wastage and human errors associated with manual management processes.
Our solution pulls data from Axxela’s SharePoint database, creating an algorithm that accesses staff and division information and distributes budgets equitably. The solution also taps into capabilities of Power Automate to create an approval workflow. This solution has eliminated human error and saved the Human Resources team 60% of the time previously spent planning and managing annual staff training and budget approval. It also keeps their training record to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
Our second application is the Pre-Employment Medical Application, which streamlines the process of obtaining medical information for new employees onboarded into Axxela’s workforce.
This secure, seamless communication channel between HR, new employees, and the company’s HMO has resulted in a more efficient and productive onboarding process, serving more than a hundred staff, and speeding up the onboarding process from months to just a few weeks.
